It is our belief that the tastiest food can only be made with the best ingredients, which is why we take great care selecting our suppliers. We like things simple, and we like them delicious.
That’s why we hand-craft our meats. Every. Single. Cut. From our
award-winning fermented salami, pancetta and guanciale, to simple sausages and an array of deli style and smoked meats. It’s all handmade and done in small batches to ensure we maintain the high standards for quality we set for ourselves, and that our customers have come to expect. If we aren’t doing our best, there’s no point doing it at all.
