Q: Are your products gluten free?

A: All Seed to Sausage meats are gluten free with the exception of our Beer Bratwurst sausages

Q: Where do you deliver?

​

A: We can ship our dry cured, shelf stable meats within 1-2 days across Ontario via Canada Post if you choose this delivery option. Your purchase will ship via Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel Service. As the meats are cured, they will be fine at room temperature for a few days. Refrigerate upon arrival for longer lasting quality if not consuming right away.

We can ship all of our products listed locally in Ottawa if you choose this delivery option. We will ship to addresses in Ottawa starting with postal codes starting with these letters:

K1A, K1B, K1G, K1H, K1J, K1K, K1M, K1N, K1P, K1R, K1S, K1Y, K1Z, K2A, K2B, K2C, K2P

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: We will make deliveries between 3:00 and 7:00pm; and someone must be at the delivery address to receive the purchase. Please make sure fill in your phone number on checkout so we can notify you when we are close by.

Q: How do you ensure my food is safe while delivering?

​

A: We deliver with our refrigerated van, and purchases should be refrigerated on arrival.
